Charges & Information
1. The Customer guarantees that the item(s) belong to them, are theirs to sell,
and was not acquired throught faurdlent means.
2. The Customer agrees that the established starting auction price is fair and agreed upon.
Customer agrees to the following:
1. $9.95 fee for items listed < $150.00, (for items over $150.00, please
contact us pricing) at time of drop off. We pay eBay listing fees.
2. $15.00 per item fee for auction research of item if selected.
3. 15% item selling fee of final sale price for each item sold.
4. Marylandtowns.com will send customer a check at end of each month for the
sale of each item, less all fees and commissions mentioned above.
5. If the item does not sell within the 7 day auction period, Marylandtowns.com
will relist the item for another auction cycle free.
6. Customer agrees to pay all eBay final fees and PayPal selling fees.
7. If the item does not sell, the customer may pick the item up or request Marylandtowns.com
donate and/or have the item given to charity.
8. All items for sale must have a minimum selling potential of at least $25.00
each.
