Annotated Code of Maryland
This new law affects not only the employees of Crane Companies but the Companies themselves.
This Law applies to all cranes and crane operators, signal persons, riggers, and crane operator trainees, and to the erection, operation, and dismantling of cranes used in construction and demolition. As in all Laws, there are exceptions, when you contact us, we will let you know if you need to be compliant and what your responsibilities are.
