How do I find out how many stitches
my design has?
If you are going to use a design from our collection
at www.dakotacollectibles.com, each design will show
you the stitch count. If you are going to have us
digitize your logo or design, we will tell you the
stitch count. Most chest (heart size) designs run
about $9.00
Can I order on-line now?
You will be able to soon, we are adding E-Commerce
to our web site. For now you can print off the order
form and fax it to us, or you can come directly to
our shop.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once we have your order and you have confirmed it,
it takes 7-10 business days.
Can I get just one shirt?
Yes, we do just one even for businesses.
I have a picture that I want put on a shirt, can
you do that?
A photo can be digitized and then embroidered. You
must pay the digitizing cost which is usually $75.00
for a heart size design. If your picture is for a
full chest or a jacket back, then the cost would be
about $120.00
What happens to my design after I get my order?
We save our designs on our computer system so in
case you wish to order again, we will have a copy
of it.
