Since all items are embroidered, there can be no refunds. Please make sure you have ordered the correct size and style.

If any item has a manufacturers' defect, we will replace the item, but you must call before returning for a return authorization.

No credit card information is forwarded to us. We use PayPal for checkout of order placement. They are a secure and a compliant site.
