Placement of any order is covered by the following
policy
Once items are paid for and removed
from our store, you agree that you have accepted our
policy and that the items are what you ordered and
are correct and they are not returnable. Therefore,
please inspect all items before leaving our store.
If you are not using one of our stock
designs and will be using your own personal logo,
please use the following guidelines:
Camera-Ready Artwork
The quality of your embroidery depends upon the artwork
supplied. To avoid delays and additional art charges,
please supply clean camera-ready art. If art needs
to be touched-up, add approximately $50.00 to your
order.
Camera-ready art guidelines:
black & white line art on flat photographic paper
600 DPI (dots-per-inch) laser prints, preferably at
200% of final size
glossy, fine grain paper works better than matte copier
paper
Mutli-colored logos MUST send black & white color-separated
art with registration marks for each color.
Always include a color composite
Digital art requirements
Logos should be mailed on 3.5" disks or ZIP disks.
Our Art Department supports the following computer
programs: Adobe Photoshop & Print Shop
Order confirmations
All orders are acknowledged via email or phone. Please
read it carefully and contact our office immediately
with corrections. Orders will be produced and billed
as per this information. Any changes to your order
must be confirmed in writing.
Payment Terms
We accept MasterCard and Visa through our secured
server.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if we've shipped defective
merchandise or made a mistake in your embroidery on
our garments. If you supply your own garments, there
are no guarantees on either the embroidery or any
error that may occur. If you supply your own garments,
they must be new with tags, used clothing is not allowed.
Returns are only accepted with a
return authorization number - call the company
prior to returning any merchandise.
